At TIMBERLINE, LLC, we’ve saved our customers thousands of dollars by modifying thermoformed trays on our CNC machines.  When parts were changed, they no longer fit in the custom thermoformed packing trays.  Rather than scrapping the trays, paying thousands for new molds and buying new trays, Timberline modified the trays by cutting clearance holes.  With the precision of the CNC and meticulous attention to detail, modified trays were put back in service in a matter of days – not weeks or months.

High Tech cable reel.  This customer brought us an existing design that was very expensive and was manufactured with band saws and hand routers.  It was extremely difficult to use.  We were allowed to redesign the product thereby  reducing cost, increasing production efficiency and significantly improving field engineer satisfaction.

CNC allows the production of parts with tolerances in the thousandths.  This product is for High Tech Electronic equipment.
